KALABIMB-25: A Celebration of Visual Narratives and Creative Excellence
FINETOUCH’s landmark initiative, KALABIMB-25, opened to an enthusiastic audience at the prestigious Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on June 5, 2025. Organized by FAME (Finetouch Art Motivators and Educators), this evocative art exhibition brought together a rich confluence of paintings, graphics, and photography by 25 accomplished contemporary artists from across India. Curated with elegance and precision by Ms. Balwinder Tanwar and Mr. Ravindra Kumar Tanwar, the exhibition offered a compelling showcase of diverse visual idioms, thematic depth, and technical finesse.
The inaugural evening was graced by legendary photographer Mr. Raghu Rai and internationally acclaimed watercolourist Mr. Amit Kapoor, whose presence elevated the event. Mr. Raghu Rai was honoured with the 3rd Kirorimal Tanwar Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award – 2025 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Indian photography. Both dignitaries expressed heartfelt appreciation for the artists, with Mr. Rai acknowledging each artist’s unique voice and Mr. Kapoor applauding the collective brilliance on display.
KALABIMB-25 drew widespread attention from collectors, critics, art enthusiasts, and creative professionals. The gallery became a vibrant hub of discussion and admiration, enriched by the presence of eminent figures like Mr. Sajal Patra, S. Dalip Hitkari, Mr. Anand Moy, Mr. Rambali Prajapati, and Mr. Roopchand, among others. Notable patrons such as Mr. Shekhar Jhamb and Mr. Ajay Samir added further prestige to the event.
The exhibition, open from June 6 to 9, proved to be a resounding success—celebrating artistic legacy, innovation, and the enduring spirit of creative expression.
