Vijay Pal is a prominent theatre artist and media personality with over 30 years of experience in the field of art and culture. He is the founder of Colour Canvas, a platform that promotes upcoming and budding artists.Pal graduated from Sri Venkateshwar College and won the best actor award consecutively for three years (1983-1985) by DU Theatre Circuit. He has acted in many hit plays of the 80s, including Machine, Khadda, and Virodh.
After his journey in theatre, Pal started working at various media platforms. He joined Veer Arjun, worked as a voice over artist, and anchored live shows and stage shows. He also did the PR for India’s first 3D animated movie.In 2014, Pal founded Colour Canvas with the aim of promoting not only masters but upcoming artists as well. Colour Canvas has been running successfully for 10 years and is associated with many major art events in India as a media partner.
