GYAANANDA SCHOOL CELEBRATES CULTURAL LEGACY WITH DANDIYA RAAS 3.0: A GRAND FESTIVITY WITH A PURPOSE
Gyaananda School, Sector 109, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, hosted a spectacular Dandiya Raas 3.0 event on October 11th, 2024, bringing together students, parents, and the wider community in a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage. Funds raised through Dandiya Raas 3.0 will be used to provide educational opportunities, healthcare, and essential resources to underprivileged children in the local community.
The event opened with the auspicious ‘Lighting of the Lamp’ ceremony, symbolizing the banishment of darkness and the spreading of knowledge. Chief Guest, Chairman Shri Ashok Gupta Ji, CEO Shri Nakul Gupta Ji, and Director Principal Dr. Deepika Rathi, joined by dignitaries and the Student Council, set the stage for an unforgettable evening filled with unity, culture, and purpose.
The event was a resounding success, thanks to the unwavering support from the community, title sponsors, and stakeholders. Adding to the evening’s vibrancy were MC Sid, a famous VJ, and TEDx speaker and anchor Dr. Vaandana Vaadera, who infused the event with excitement and energy.

The Inter-Society Dance Competition was a stunning showcase of talent, with teams from Gyaananda Mothers, Palam Vihar Extension, Shanti Vihar AWHO, Indiabulls Centrum Park, ATS Kucoon, Raheja Atharva, Experion Heartsong, and Brisk Lumbini participating. Judged by an esteemed panel including Kathak artist Ms. Preeti Singh, award-winning Kathak artist Ms. Hansvi Tonk, wellness coach Ms. Anamika Anand, Mrs. India 2023 title winner Ms. Sheeba, and homeopathy consultant Dr. Leena, the competition was fiercely contested. Palam Vihar Extension emerged victorious, winning a grand prize of Rs.1,00,000, followed by Indiabulls Centrum Park, who won Rs.50,000, and ATS Kucoon, who took home Rs.25,000.
The students of Gyaananda School were the stars of the night, captivating the audience with high-energy performances, a testament to their months of dedicated practice.
