SITA ARTS AT MGE 2026: SPIRITUAL ART BY ASHISH MUNDHRA
"Ashish Mundhra will be showcasing his artworks at the Maheshwari Global Expo 2026 (MGE), to be held in Jodhpur on 9th, 10th, and 11th January 2026, at Booth No. F28, Marwar Convention Centre, Jodhpur, Rajasthan."
Ashish Mundhra is a devotional and spiritual artist based in Ahmedabad, India, working primarily with oil on canvas. His art is a heartfelt expression of faith, culture, and inner devotion, where colour becomes a language of spiritual emotion. Gau Mata holds a central place in his work, symbolising purity, abundance, and divine grace.
Trained in Pune and largely self-taught, Ashish has been practising oil painting since 2014. During the COVID period, his bond with painting deepened, leading him to devote himself fully to his artistic path. Drawing inspiration from Indian spirituality, temples, and sacred symbolism, his work invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the divine. His fondness for cow paintings stems from personal moments with his children, whom he would take to a gaushala every Sunday.
Each artwork is created with reverence and intention, carrying devotional values that resonate with those who cherish culture and spiritual expression. Along with original works, Ashish also undertakes custom commissions, creating paintings of deities and spiritual themes that hold personal meaning for patrons.
Alongside his artistic practice, Ashish manages a full-time textile business. With a studio set up within his office, he balances profession and passion with equal commitment and dedication.
Ashish will be exhibiting as an artist at Maheshwari Global Expo 2026 (MGE) in Jodhpur on 9th, 10th, and 11th January 2026, Booth No. F28.
